FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) PERSONALIZATION FEATURES SETTING PROCEDURE

High Beam Control (HBC) System

Using M-MDS

1. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2. After vehicle identification, select the following from the M-MDS initialization screen.
a. “Module programming“

b. “Programmable Parameters”

3. Select menu in the “FSC”.

4. Select an item name, and than select option.

High Beam Control.	The high beam control (HBC) system can be switched between operable and inoperable.	ON	Not Adopted. / OFF / ON	FSC

Using audio unit (with color LCD)

Refer to the audio unit personalization features setting. (See AUDIO UNIT PERSONALIZATION FEATURES SETTING PROCEDURE.)

Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS)

NOTE:

For personalization of the warning sound and volume, refer to the instrument cluster personalization features setting procedure. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER PERSONALIZATION FEATURES SETTING PROCEDURE.)

Using M-MDS

1. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2. After vehicle identification, select the following from the M-MDS initialization screen.

3. Select menu in the “FSC”.

4. Select an item name, and than select option.

LDWS Timing.	The distance between the warning-trigger lines for the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and vehicle lanes can be changed.	Late	Not Adopted / Adaptive / Early / Medium / Late	FSC
LDWS Warning.	The warning operation sensitivity of the lane departure warning system (LDWS) can be changed.	Often	Not Adopted. / Often / Medium / Rare	FSC

Using type A instrument cluster

1. Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on).

2. Select "Setting" by operating the up/down switch and INFO button for the steering switch.

3. Select "LDWS" by operating the up/down switch and INFO button for the steering switch.

4. Select the following items and change the setting.

Lane Edge	The distance between the warning-trigger lines for the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and vehicle lanes can be changed.	Before line	Before line / At line	FSC
