THROTTLE BODY INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5]

Resistance Inspection

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5].)

2. Disconnect the throttle body connector.

3. Measure the resistance between throttle body terminals E and F.

Throttle body resistance

• 0.3—100 ohms [20°C {68 °F}]

• If not as specified, replace the throttle body. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5].)
